What a productive first few weeks we have had at the garden! We have successfully planted all the potatoes (5 varieties), all the onion starts (5+ varieties) and planted all the raised beds to greens, including salad greens, kale and a bit of spicy mustard for the adventurous. We are working hard on digging up the rest of the weeds, fixing up the raspberry patch and looking for fencing to improve our deer proof fence! We have plenty of tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, cucumbers, squash and other lovely veggies starts that will be going out soon!
